چکیده
Boron (B) deficiency is a common phenomenon in most tobacco-planting areas Yunnan, China. In 2020 and 2022, hydroponic experiments that contained B concentration gradient of 0.000, 0.125, 0.250, 0.750, 5.000, 10.000, 20.000, 40.000 mmol L−1 were conducted to investigate tobacco cultivar K326′s agronomic traits, photosynthetic performance, antioxidant enzymes, boron nicotine concentration. As increased, indices including leaves biomass net rate (Pn) generally increased first then decreased, which was contrast superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT). With increasing concentration, content seedlings significantly by 24.00~96.44%, while decreased 21.60~82.03%. The highest performance obtained within 0.75 5.00 treatments. results the sandy soil pot verification experiment similar obtained. beneficial mechanism moderate on maintain cell structure integrity, enhance capability, promote root growth. Consequently, optimum for 0.75~5.00 L−1, applying 0.25~0.50 kg hm−1 under available insufficiency could meet needs growth flue-cured tobacco.

Genetic diversity among flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) revealed by amplified fragment length polymorphism
Flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is one of the most important commercial crops in the world. Genetic diversity studies provide estimates on the level of genetic variation among diverse materials that can be used in germplasm management, varietal protection, and flue-cured tobacco improvement. Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis of 51 flue-cured tobacco cultivars prod...

متن کاملDifferential Expression of miRNAs in Response to Topping in Flue-Cured Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) Roots
BACKGROUND Topping is an important cultivating measure for flue-cured tobacco, and many genes had been found to be differentially expressed in response to topping. But it is still unclear how these genes are regulated. MiRNAs play a critical role in post-transcriptional gene regulation, so we sequenced two sRNA libraries from tobacco roots before and after topping, with a view to exploring tran...
متن کاملCoproporphyrinogenase in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.).
1. Coproporphyrinogenase was extracted and purified from tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.). Enzyme activity was mainly located in mitochondria rather than in chloroplasts. The enzyme was purified by differential centrifugation, ammonium sulphate fractionation, calcium phosphate gel adsorption and dialysis. A 69-fold final purification was obtained. 2. An apparent K(m) value of 3.6x10(-5)m was foun...

Genotypes of burley (cultivars B-21 and B-49), flue-cured (line VA-81 and cultivar PD-4), and Connecticut broadleaf (cultivar C9) tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) resistant (R) or susceptible (S) to the tobacco cyst nematode Globodera tabacum tabacum were crossed. F1 progeny of burley and susceptible broadleaf were selfed and backcrossed to produce additional progeny for evaluation of resistance in ...
